Enhanced performance of Data Center/Network Operations Center (NOC) and the Service/Help Desk. Oversaw and streamlined server/OS technology deployment, database administration, security administration, and telecommunications activity. Managed multi-million dollar construction projects.

  • Improved the admin/server ratio from 300 servers/admin to 1100 servers/admin in the server space.
